Thankfully I finished up all my fasted cardios this week,
so I only had a 40m session left for after my work out. I was pretty unmotivated when I first arrived but we got our asses going after a minute or two.The work out itself is a bit ‘all over the map’ with no real pattern ~ messing around a bit with combining body parts I normally don’t combine in any one work out.. on the advice of a ‘friend’
UNassisted Tricep Dips/BW (hanging.. NOT on a bench)
