Thankfully I finished up all my fasted cardios this week, so I only had a 40m session left for after my work out. I was pretty unmotivated when I first arrived but we got our asses going after a minute or two.
The work out itself is a bit ‘all over the map’ with no real pattern ~ messing around a bit with combining body parts I normally don’t combine in any one work out.. on the advice of a ‘friend’

UNassisted Tricep Dips/BW (hanging.. NOT on a bench)
RP to 20 reps

1×5

Alternating DB Curls w/ iso squeeze at top.. slooow..with 5 sec negatives
RP to 20 reps (felt a bit weak here today )
Using 25s in each hand

Seated Leg Curls ~ Narrow foot placement..iso squeeze..5 sec negatives
90 x 12 (drop to 70..15 squeeze reps)
95 x 10 (drop to 70 .. 15 squeeze reps)
100 x 8 (drop to 70 .. 15 squeeze reps)

Prone Uni Glute Extension
*each leg
105 x 15
105 x 15
112.5 x 10

Seated Hip ABduction

*NO foot/back support
intentionally go light here… I have big ABductor’s already

ABS (super-set)

Intervals … and they sucked due to my forgetting my post work out WMS and protein :cry: … my legs were sooooo shakey towards the end of the work out

Cravings getting me a bit this weekend… but to no avail I don’t give in
