BodyPump co-teaching to start the morning off right… this is one of the most difficult certs to obtain, form is of the utmost importance, so I taught the Back/Glutes as well as the Abs/Core track (10 tracks per work out)..just this track.. it’s 5:39 long.. and a bitch! Every step and breath must be times to the music and I load up my bar with 2 big plates on each end to do DeadRows, Deadlifts, and full on clean and press.. choreographed to re-mixed hip-hop.. dammit my shoulders were screaming, lol.. but after the 55 min full body work out I did a quickie Quad set up….
