I managed to finish up cardio 2 as soon as I was done working at about 1:30 today ~ it’s a non-training (no lifting) day, so no carbs
My water is up to a min of 1.5 gallons now
Posing practice was good, there are 3 of us at reg NPC level, 3 girls at National level and 2 national level male bodybuilders and 1 reg NPC female bodybuilder in the group..my good friend Nadine~ who is also backstage at all of these NPC events, and she takes NO shit , she is head expediter, the last person you see right before you go out there, she’s great. My posing is good thus far, but I need to work on sticking the pose and not adjusting at all, even a little, especially on the back pose ~ it seems even the most imperceptible (to oneself) movement is seen.

Got this cardio done right before I started work.. good job to me Also added 2 new PT clients to my summer roster, they each bought 8 session packages this morning~ always starts the week off well when that happens
Still have Cardio 2 to do as well, and posing practice this evening. Back soon…

There seems to be new squiggly veins showing up in my forearms and a big one was popping in my legs; for some reason, not a lot of other people at my facility appreciate the beauty, and the significance of newly visible vascularity
I am off to work this morning.. will do my glutes/hams and PM cardio this evening at my other gym

Dr. David was showing off his power-lifting skills here.. he truly is one of the nicest men you could meet.. good sense of humor ~ he also took my daughter.. Aiyanna from me and walked her around backstage, allowing her to run the cameras from behind the scenes, and taking her to see the Pro Men (which she loves ) so I could go out into the audience and visit with people. She was star struck a bit

and here.. below.. dare I say Dr. David is admiring the view.. but he was moving athletes all over the stage through out the weekend.. that is Sarah Sharp (Valerie W.’s business partner and friend, and an AWESOME person, chatted with her a bit) on the far left end there
