					<description>very smart dieting plan, your nutrition is right on for fat loss, but you would do better to carb deplete for 3 days, and then for breakfast carb load on your 4th day, in this way, glycogen will be replenished but you have a much less chance of having it stored in the muscle rather than as fat. the reason your bloating when drinking water is becuase those carbs (esp. oatmeal) pull in water with them as they are digested, thus bloating your stomach with water weight.</description>
