What’s that Thermal rage? I think I get that in the morning from my wife as shegoes out the door to work and mentions she’ll be home at 6pm and it would be nice if the laundry is done implying because I’m home all day all I do is sit on the computer, tisk tisk, I also take a nap around lunch, he he

What is borage oil? What do you use it for?
March 10, 2007 at 5:21 pm
Sorry for the late reply to your comment but to answer your question, Borage oil contains GLA or Gamma Linolenic Acid it is an omega 6 fatty acid. GLA is an essential fatty acid that our cannot synthesize itself and that is why we need it from outside sources as food supplement.
Gamma Linolenic is beneficial for disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory disorders, atopic dermatitis or eczema, cancer, infantile seborrheic dermatitis, high blood pressure, increased cholesterol levels in blood, diabetes and menstrual irregularities.
