I am posting an ‘example’ day of what I eat and when, including what supps are taken with each meal (but not what dosage)~remember this is not an exact replica and its not the same from day to day…
~Wake up between 5-6 AM every day ~ it’s a flaw in my internal design

i know there’s lots of opinions on sesamin..just wondering how you feel its helped you…how long have you been on it?

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your comment in my blog~ I took Sesamin during my entire contest prep this last Fall/Winter and I had consistent bodyfat loss through out. I stopped taking it for the 6 weeks following and my diet was partially to blame, but the bodyfat returned a bit, and when I began dieting again without the Sesamin, I DO notice that the bodyfat reduction is not as drastic, it seems slower. I\’ll be back on it regularly and logging it again, so I can let you know if any changes occur. I really do think it helps aid in fat loss for me~ hope that helps a little
