I am currently starting my 4 week of NOXplode and I feel like I have gained a tolerance and it does not work as well as it did in the beginning. This is my first time using suppliments, do you find that you have to change up suppliments from time to time due to tolerances? I use a towel for my mini explosion when opening the lid. lol

NOXplode is good stuff, which flavor? That only thing I found weird about it was after mixing it you would get a mini explosion when opening the lid lol.

You better be careful with that knee. Since I have an ACL issue with my left knee I am very careful. It keeps me from going real heavy and I only use machine squats, presses, etc. I am doing some lbench lunges with #30 dumbells and thats ok. You sound like you have the drive it takes to win, so that is impressive. Be careful but stay with it. Concerning pre WO energy drinks I feel I get that from my Black Powder or N.O. Explode. Doesn't your Super Pump give you pre WO energy too?

Thanks! As for the lower body thing... one, I have knee issues with some stuff, and two, when I go higher rep AND giant-setting at the same time, I can't lift heavy. 50lb leg extns for 5 sets of 20 - and as part of 3 leg exercises back to back - IS HEAVY for ME!! My lower body has always been too easy to put size on, thank you sports. So I try to watch it. And my legs are almost always tired from cardio. That wa sa lot.

Hey, looking great! Two comments:
1) You are so gorgeous and I do not judge anyone who wants surgery to round it out - but I do hope you don't go overboard as many on this site and in general seem to do. Something proportional to your body would be an amazing add. Anything else you may regret.

2) It seems like, relative to other women, your upper body is way stronger than your lower - going by the amounts you lift. ie., my g/f who is not nearly as dedicated as you can leg press and squat more weight. Do you keep your legs lower on purpose? Just curious.
