note to self….
self: supersetting arms is NOT fun. the ‘pump’ is actually uncomfortable. front plate raises with arnold DB presses, incline DB curls with skullcrushers (can’t do laying w/ Db’s, hurts the bad shoulder), standing barbell press w/ lateral raises, rear delt presses, tri rope extns with standing barbell curl and tricep pushups…. ran 25mins, i’m happy with how i’m coming in so far, so no huge cardio increases yet. sat and sun are still doubles, no doubt son…. appointment at the plastic surgeon tomorrow AM, won’t happen before may (can’t take time off in 9wks) but if all things go well - the summer. they are one thing i can never change through lifting or cardio… i think i gave up anyhopes of having them by doing this actually - which i don’t regret. just a "pair" of assets i wish i always had…. soon.

Hey, looking great! Two comments:
1) You are so gorgeous and I do not judge anyone who wants surgery to round it out - but I do hope you don’t go overboard as many on this site and in general seem to do. Something proportional to your body would be an amazing add. Anything else you may regret.
2) It seems like, relative to other women, your upper body is way stronger than your lower - going by the amounts you lift. ie., my g/f who is not nearly as dedicated as you can leg press and squat more weight. Do you keep your legs lower on purpose? Just curious.

Thanks! As for the lower body thing… one, I have knee issues with some stuff, and two, when I go higher rep AND giant-setting at the same time, I can’t lift heavy. 50lb leg extns for 5 sets of 20 - and as part of 3 leg exercises back to back - IS HEAVY for ME!! My lower body has always been too easy to put size on, thank you sports. So I try to watch it. And my legs are almost always tired from cardio. That wa sa lot.

I love supersetting and the pump I get. I still havbe much improvement to go but you appear to be perfect. Keep up the good work while training smart. CV
