End of week 8 Training with Creatine and Scifit Gluta-Lyn.
Diet and training has been pretty much the same since march, started creatine and gluta-lyn first week of april. End of week 1, noticed bloated feeling, slight increase in strenght. The last 3 weeks I've noticed muscle growth in arms, shoulder and chest. Have added 5 pounds of lean muscle, along with thickening in mid section. Muscles seem to get that pumped feeling faster with less reps. I relate that to the volumizing of muscle tissue from creatine.
Have used up creatine, plan to discontinue use for now. Will continue taking 6 gram of Glutamine per day.
