The local weather has been simular to my week of workouts. Windows of sunshine and warmer temperature mixed with thunder storms and high winds.
Power walks in the morning have been going well. Started the week performing my 2 miles in 24.56 minutes, have been able to reduce my time everyday 24.30, 24.12, 23.56 Hip flex muscle and glute is acting up. Strain or muscle knot????
Afternoon workouts have been hot and cold. Completeing week 6 of creatine and glutimine regime. Have reduced my BF, weight and increased my muscle tone slightly, but have lost some strenght in doing so!!! Have been struggling to improve my bench press, 10 to 15 pounds off my personal best. Back routine is going well and showing results.
Clean eating and regular meal routine has been off this week due to increase job and family schedule. Note to self, get to store, get organized and refoucus meal plan.
