Yesterday was my first real work out after my surgery and being released from physical therapy. I was so excited, I have been to the gym and rode the bike, but I was limited to the time I could ride and what I could do. However, yesterday I was lifting weights, albeit 2.5 lbs over my head or a max of 10 lbs for curls but I was doing it again and it felt GREAT!!! it felt GREAT just to be in the gym and feel like I was acomplishing something! Not to mention I was down 2.5 lbs from a week ago.
It has been 3 months since my surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff, and 5 months since I have really been able to so much at all due to pain. I am so excited to be back inthe gym and being productive.
