Mid point of supplement cycle - progress review…
Well I’m 2 weeks into my 4 week cycle of Sizon and SP250, just documenting how its going.
Workouts have been great lots of energy and quick recovery times, some pretty crazy pumps going on and lots of motivation to do it all again. Have had some pretty severe DOMS which I seem to recover quickly from. The motivation to get in and do my workouts has been crazy I am actually having to stop myself from ‘over training’ and make sure I get adequate rest…
I find the SP250 to give me some stomach issues - just an uncomfortable feeling and a bit of Gas, I have found taking it with a small meal definitely helps, 1.5-2 scoops is waaay better for me than the standard 1 scoop, they say you can take up to 3 - havent been that crazy yet but who knows I might do so before its done with.
No issues what so ever with the Sizeon, love it. getting plenty of water with it and it appears to be doing its job, muscles do look/feel a bit fuller and recovery is definitely better - as mentioned earlier…
Weight wise I have put on approx 1-1.5kg (2.2-3.3lb) in the 2 weeks, and I have lost .5 of an inch on my waist. Some of this weight will be associated with the creatine effect of the sizeon and will probably be lost once I stop the cycle.
So far really happy with how things are going on it, and it is definitely something I will do again. I am having 4 weeks of no Supps besides whey over xmas (dec 08 - jan 06) and when I come back I think I might try a cycle of MRI’s black powder + war and see how it compares…

SP250 gives me that uncomfortable feeling and keeps me up at night (after late afternoon workouts).
Sounds like you’re getting good response and progress with them.
