heavy training
so i have lifitin pretty heavy lately and have put some size back on now i need to get focused back on dieting to lean out some i am at 270 right now..really not to happy with it but i am very strong again and training hard gonna boost up my cardio and aim for 2lb of body fat a week its going to be hard with my hectic schedule so any advice or tips please give em

Find a way, make a way. Don’t use your schedule as an excuse! You can do it!

Indeed, if you really want it, you will do it. Yes, the personal schedule can really mess up an otherwise "perfect" fitness plan, but adapt however you can.

yeah your right it is an excuses and i need to find a way thnx! hope everyone is making good on their goals
