Since last time i posted

well since the last time i posted i did some heavy training got up 2 278lbs gained alot of strength back that was 5 weeks ago and i have been cutting down since and still having great gains in strength i am back down to 263 and dropping.. i am working out hard and eating sensible not a total clean diet so i am particularly happy with my results i cheat here n there but for most part eat clean..i have been trying to eat every 3 hours lifting 4-5 times a week and cardio 5-6 days a week i lighten it up on lifting days  i do abs almost everyday and have been stretching everyday to improve my flexibility as i suffered a few injuries and guarantee its from poor flexibility

heavy training

so i have lifitin pretty heavy lately and have put some size back on now i need to get focused back on dieting to lean out some i am at 270 right now..really not to happy with it but i am very strong again and training hard gonna boost up my cardio and aim for 2lb of body fat a week its going to be hard with my hectic schedule so any advice or tips please give em

so since the last time i have posted i really fell off and am disappointed but thats life..Now i am taking charge and doing things hardcore.. i am going to get stats and pics up soon.. i plan on bulking up to compete so yes i am going to find a competition and write  out my goals and break em all so un till then just watch and see what happens..Any recomendations on diet i am up for thanks everyone for the support

Updates on cutting

so i havent been keeping up on this as much as i should on body space but i taking some time off from here has turned into a posative i took some pics today and even though i knew my weight was down i didnt feel as if i was losing as much weight as i really was i am down to 245 which i was at 272 before i started to lose weight and i made a bodyspace when iwas around 260-265 so dropping this much weight is a great accomplishment i still have alot of hard work to put in but it is something and it shows me with dedication hard work and proper nutrtion you can accomplish your goals so to everyone out there keep up the hard work. Also i am now a certfied personal trainer working at my gym i took a course years ago but never got certified now i am teaching people what i have personally learned through my accomplishemnts to help them out well keep up the good work and keep me posted on your progress…God bless

Last measurements before cutting

ok so today i took some measurements beacuase i am finally startign to cut now and im acctually impressed with my mass gains with the excpetion that i did put a little back on my waist but now is the time to start cutting again and should be easier with my added muscle mass since it increase my metabolic rate  i will be eating small meals now every 2.5-3 hrs and doing cardio often also i am goin to start taking  CLA well lets see how long this takes..

training and diet

well its jan 15th im alittle disapointed and happy at the same time if that makes sense i havent been as strict on my diet as i should be but i have gotten alot of good gains in the weight room but at the same time i ve put on some weight i added and inch back on my waist but had good dains in other places too and my strength is improving well i just need to up the cardio some more but think i am going to bulk untill the end of feb then try and rip it all up any tips on ripping up? and how long should i give it to expect some good results?

measurements

SO i did my measurements n new pics today and am not totally thrilled with everything even though i droped a little weight and managed to put on size in my thighs chest n forearms my arms n calfs stayed about the same size so i guess i am happy to know that i must have packed on some muscle and droped some bodyfat but am looking to drop more weight in the next month especialy in my waist without compromising muscle well hope everyone elses traingin is going well keep me posted i love hearing good things keeps me going

ok im 22 now i been seeing some amazing results already and i rean into a few friends of mine that play profesional football.. i played in college and took this season off..well im back training after getting yelled at and gettin advice from them and am goin to play again idk where im going to play but im going to get a year somewhere touch up on my skills n go out for the big time so lets watch this thin happen ill get some pics up on here at the end of the month to see my changes ive made so far im not even close yet to where i want to be but i am getting there i am liftin hard and running now even stretching alot to regain my flexability well hope everyone elses training is going well keep me posted!

Muscle memory

Man do i love muscle memory i have been training balls to the wall this last month and my lifting partner and i have been goin all out seeing alot of good changes and getting alot of comments cant wait till the end of the month to take some pics and put them up hope everyone elses training is goin well!

Great week so far

okay so i have remained strict on my diet so far eating about 5 meals aday and training has been great tonite is chest and tris day and looking forward to exploding through it.. iwent oiut and bought arnolds bodybuilding encyclopedia and am loving reading it also i normally would not have weight myself so soon because the scale doesnt show ur true measurements but i am already down 5lbs to 255 again well jsut wanted to leave an update hope everyone else is doing well with their training
