shoulders

i hit shoulders today felt pretty good. i have gone up on standing military. i was rep’n 155 3×10. only problem i have it for some reason my only guess is because i carry everything in my left hand all my life. my left trap is significantly bigger than my right. something i guess i gotta work on. should i stop working the left and work on right or what. i dont plan on doing shows so should i even care about proportion?

what else should i take. i know people that take glucosomine, CLA, fish/flax oils, glutamine, what are somethings that i should take while in a bulking phase or even all the time, i am going to be going into a cutting phase soon so anything with that?

I know they say dont get worked up by what the scale says when you are bulking. I dont think that i am gaining fat at all but i am def an Endo and i worry alot about putting fat on. but i dont know if this other scale was broken or what but if it is right i have gain 23lbs of mass in a month. i am taking some shit but i dont think it would add that fast. i just need to make it 49 more days and get back to the states so i can start running again and then i wont be worried.

MMA where to start

I have recently decided that i would like to pursue an experience in the MMA world. Right now i just wanna get into it and feel it out and see from there. Unfortunately i am stationed at Ft Riley kansas and i dont have the time to travel to Kansas City to my best guess is the closest place to train. Anyone have any tips or advice. The only thing to my resume as of now are folk and a lil grecco roman wrestling i have done some grapling with the army. In my opinion after watching fighters i think wrestlers have a huge advantage if they can get the chokes and locks down. just an opinion of mine would love some feed back

I have come to the conclusiong that i am never going to have a 32 in waist at one time in my life i was huge and i just dont think i can my waist right now is around 36 probably get down to 34. Anyways i have my own works outs i do for my back. i just want some advice or tips on what has work with other people to help them get the V. i want a big wide thick back huge lats. Help

I need advice. I am in a battle to keep losing weight but i also want to put on some serious muscle. i know i am going to gain weight from that but i should say i wanna keep losing fat. should i focus on one and then when i hit my goals on that start with the other. i am lifting really heavy and working out really hard so i eat alot and i am always hungry i watch what i eat using supps and stuff. someone help. should i bulk up then worrying about cutting or what

Biceps frustrate me

I work out my arms all the time not over kill or anything but maybe 2 times a week. I am def gettnig stronger but it just seems like i am not getting the lump i want in my biceps. i do iso workouts and i use heavy weight i standing dumbell curl like 65lbs each. any one that reads this got any advice
