Saturday, March 21st, 2009Not tomuch going on today just march madness. Started off the morning with Grits some fat free cheese and six egg whites One serving of Hydroxycut hardcore One serving of nitrix and my multi vitamin. Meal two was a baked potatoe and about 8 ounces of chicken breast with masterpeace barbeque sauce my second serving of Hydroxycut hardcore and my second serving of Nitrix. Third meal two baked potatoes 8 ounces of chicken breast with masterpeace barbeque sauce downed just over a 1/2 gallon of water and 1/2 gallon of white grape fruit juice. About to make grocery list which will probablly be some more potatoes chicken thighs eggology and about 10 gallons of water. Tonight I will do a serving of cyto gainer another serving of nitrix the I will be off to the gym for about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio and about ten minutes in the steam room or juccuzi. last meal of the night will be a cup of steamed brocoli and about 6 ounces of chicken breast with my night time supplements a serving of ZMA and BCAA’s. Friday, March 20th, 2009Completed the Combat Fitness test today, Ran 880 yards in 3:20, Did 70 35 pound Ammo Can lifts in 1:15 and complete Movement under fire dill in 3:50 which was not my best for the part but considering I did it with no practice and the fact that these old knees refuse to train sometimes I am content. Other than that I wieghed in at 194 today have yet to do a body fat measure. Late night for the home team making some coffee and will have about 7 ounces of chicken along with about a cup of brocoli. Tomorrow morning I will start off with six egg whites and about two cups of grits with 1 slice of fat free cheese my supplements then I will head over to 24 hour fitness to do an hour of Cardio and maybe the steam room for about 10 minutes. Knock out laundry go to the indoor range and rack off about 200 round with the 45 and come back and relax to some March madness. Recovery from the fitness test is really getting me because my entire body is in pain but anyway to all that is reading thank you for stopping by and have a good one.

Time to start over
Monday, March 9th, 2009I am finally over the cheesecake diet and not it is time to put in some high intensity motivating training. I am pilled out so there want be any major supplementation for the next 13 weeks. Maintaining weight well I am at an even 200 but striving to drop some body fat which should put me back down in the low 190’s. Life is great and I am content. Still looking to meet the one person that well help me by motivating me and pushing me to obtain my goals. Not a real picture buff but hope to be in great shape for the California sun this summer. To all think for a change stick to your goals and always remember to think out side the box.
