Well, I was off a little but a good home win vs. Seattle is in the books 34-10.
Now it on to Jacksonville. They have some injuries on the o line, that is why I think, in a very tight game, We WIN Buff-17 Jax-14……..

I have been working pretty hard on my diet and training the last couple of weeks. I have lost about 6 lbs which is great. However, my strength does not seem to be gaining. I also have noticed I seem to be tired alot, i don’t know why that is. I am going to scedule an appointment with my Dr as my allergies will not go down. Maybe I will ask him about the fatigue. I am going to adjust my routine to see if I can get my strength up. I will post the new ‘plan” on my workout journal (which I have been neglecting). I pretty tired today from yesterday, ankle and knee alittle sore from kickball, and had to take little guy to yet another birthday party this morning. Oh, and another one tommarow. Im going to relax and watch the race later. Quiet the rest of the day, then mow the lawn tommarow (it needs it).

Hope everyone had a nice 4th. I did, had a great time. Then I remebered why we celebrate this holiday. Its the birthday of the greatest nation in the world. I’m very proud and lucky to live here. The fireworks and bb-q were great, the kickball game we had was fun, but the best part of the day was realizing that I am an American and damn glad I am!!!!

Just read this from the great Lonnie Teper…..

Lee Priest finally got the news from Jim Manion he’d been waiting for–the former IRON MAN Pro champion, and one of the industry’s most popular competitors, is welcomed back with the IFBB as soon as he completes the paper work to obtain his updated pro card. He’ll be able to compete, guest pose, give seminars, etc when that task is taken care of.
Priest, who was suspended when he competed in the now defunct PDI in September, 2006, got 11 out of 16 votes by the IFBB committee to allow his return. Lee told me two major things of interest: he is moving back to his homeland of Australia at the end of this month, and that he will be competing in the Atlantic City Pro in September, with hopes of qualifying for the Mr. Olympia two weeks later in Las Vegas.
Will Priest, who turns 36 in July, still be at his best when he once again sets foot on an IFBB stage? Will the excessive tatoos that cover half of his face, and nearly all of his back, have an effect in seeing just how well Lee does this time around?
I think Priest will be in tremendous condition in Atlantic City, and can win the 202 and under competition being held at the Expo during the Olympia Weekend. And is good enough to finish in the top eight, physique wise. The tats? Well, that I’m not sure of. As Yogi Avidan would say, this will be interesting.
