Don’t let Turkey Day stop you!
Tuesday, November 24th, 2009This holiday if its a workout day make sure you get that in ahead of the family gathering. Remember that hard work you are putting in the gym when you look at that food maybe that will help you with some portion control. My off day is Thursday (just worked out that way) but I am still going to get some cardio in during the morning along with training my wife and her friend. If anyone has some good links for Turkey Day defense post them below I am sure everyone could use the refresher and some of us it will be new.
