Steady as she goes…
Thursday, November 29th, 2007Remember it’s not how fast you lose the weight it is how long you go. People seem to always get cranky with watching the scale I did even though I was checking the scale just once a week. I have decided not to bother for a couple of weeks maybe only track it once a month. (Feedback Welcome)
So I am continuing my circuit training style with a bit more cardio I have been running the local hills lately. I walk to the base of of the hill trying to stretch out on the way there and warm up. Then at the base of the hill I run to the top huffing and puffing all the way up. Once at the top I turn around and either walk back down or try a mild jog down. I do this with two other hills and then do it all again going back towards my house. I can honestly say I feel really good when I walk back in the door of my house. It feels like I conquered a major milestone and that always feels good.
Circuit training still a go I even workout during the Thanksgiving Holiday and my wife has been training with me.
So this is our last week of Circuit training as we have been doing this for nearly 8 weeks (wife 3). So I am changing up the routine to be a bit different again. Here is what I am planning on starting on Monday.
HIT - 15-20 Minutes Body Part per day.
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest Shoulders
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Off
Friday - Arms or Off
Saturday - Off or Arms
Sunday - Off
Then each day with exception of Saturday and Sunday will include Cardio 30-60 minutes most likely interval training.
Let me know what you think.
James
