Hey everyone, I ended up placing 9th in my division. Not where I wanted to be, but everyone has to start somewhere. I have decided to compete in a show this coming September in Indy, IN. if you all have any suggestions on how I should diet or train differently please let me know. Here was my last diet that i followed;
Meal 1-6 egg whites with 1/2 c of oats and 1c blueberries
Meal 2- 6oz tuna, with broccoli
Meal 3- 4oz chicken breast with broccoli
Meal 4-Tuna
Meal 5-2 scoops whey
Meal 6- same as meal 3
Meal 7- scoop of whey with 1tbsp natural peanut butter

I am really excited that the show is almost here! It seems like I just started training yesterday. not. lol… All I can think about is my post-show meal. this is my very 1st show, so of course I am pretty nervous, and anxious at the same time. But, with the support of my friends and family, I know that it will be a positive experience. I can’t wait!

Hey everyone, I am three weeks out from my 1st figure competition, and am despretaly needing diet advise. I started taking diuretics and I need to get leaner. Let me know if you have any helpful suggestions. Thanks
