Heavy Bag Workout!
Wednesday, January 30th, 2008Got back into my cardio routine of the Heavy bag, 3 minute rounds at as fast a pace as I can handle, 1 min rest for about 30 mins all together. I think this is great for fat loss, but since I’ve only been doing it for a week I cant say for definate. For all those who want to do some cardio but hate the boring machines try this its fun and very very hard!
