Got back into my cardio routine of the Heavy bag, 3 minute rounds at as fast a pace as I can handle, 1 min rest for about 30 mins all together. I think this is great for fat loss, but since I’ve only been doing it for a week I cant say for definate. For all those who want to do some cardio but hate the boring machines try this its fun and very very hard!

Man it’s a hard thing to be on a diet, especially low carb and then go out and everyones eating burgers and chips, tempura with dips, and drinking beer and your eating a couple of plain chicken breasts and drinking water, but thats what I had to do tonight, I must achieve my goals, please give me inspiration.
I hope someone reads this, otherwise I’m not going to get any inspiration feed back!
