Today was my day off from training
February 10, 2009As for tomarro, im planning to do shoulders + back.
Workout was intense today
January 10, 2009Today’s routine was base around shoulders "trained 1st" then Chest.
I warmed up with 2 sets of military presses followed by side lateral raises, ending my shoulder routine with shruggs. Each exercise consisted of 2 sets, ranging from 8 to 12 reps. Then moving on to incline barbell presses 2 sets, followed by incline "around the world’s", incline flies, straight flies ending my workout; perfect for stretching the pecs. Total of 8 sets.
