Ok, got my measurements in for the week.
I think I tweaked my ankle a bit last week, though, so I didn’t get to the gym anymore after that first cardio session unfortunately. The pain is mostly gone, but stepping on it was a bit tough towards the end of last week, especially yesterday. I’m hoping this week it’ll be better, but I guess I can’t use the treadmill here at my apartment gym because the tweakage only happened after my session on that machine.
So I’m gonna focus on swimming here instead of the treadmill.
Today I’ve gotta get my sheets ready to track my dietary intake for the week. I’m trying a different format than I have in the past in order to have more accountability. When I get to work tomorrow I’ll print them out and we’ll see how it goes.
My plan for the week is:
Monday - cardio
Tuesday - cardio
Wednesday - cardio
Thursday - weights & cardio
Friday - weights and cardio
Saturday - weights and cardio
I’m anxious to get this ball rolling with just a few months left of this year. I’m determined to be able to take my shirt off next summer without feeling ashamed of the way I look.
