2k9 Week 29, Sunday
Ok, tonight I was at the gym for the first night in over a month now, and it felt good. I just did cardio tonight for a solid 30 minutes.
My hip’s been a bit achey lately, so I’m hoping there isn’t a relapse of severe pain like last year. I’m gonna be extra nice to it and see how it goes.
I’ve been really good recently about not going out to eat. I’ve been eating 99% of my meals at home. I’ve only gone out once or twice a week instead of every day for every meal. This has helped me get into a dietary groove which I’m hoping to stay consistent with for the rest of the year.
My new goal is to lose 50 pounds of fat by the end of the year - I definitely think this is doable. I’m gonna focus on cardio and stretches, with weights 3 days a week. I’m actually moving soon and will have access to a pool so I can start doing some true no-impact aerobics.
Tomorrow I’m gonna do cardio. I’m still planning on my weight days being at the end of the week.
