2k9 Week 29, Thursday
Friday, July 31st, 2009Gym was kinda packed last night, and I wasn’t able to start my workout right away due to the station I needed being taken up. Both stations that I can use for my benches were being used, but luckily one of the guys was done pretty fast so I started up.
This week I’m gonna use as my warm-up week. I’m just gonna do 1 set to get me back into the groove, then I’ll move on to the full cycle, starting with the 2-set week.
But that’s next week. This week, I’m glad to be back on the train. I’m gonna really focus on DOING what I need to do to lose this fat instead of spending a bunch of time talking about it or planning it.
So what I’ve DONE this week:
1. Done cardio consistently.
2. Started weights up again.
3. Kept my meals consistent, and really have been watching my intake.
Next week I get into the nitty-gritty. Tracking total calories consumed, measuring, and everything.
Tonight, though, is my 2nd weight night for the week, and my least favorite night - back night. Yuck.
