2k9 Week 22, Wednesday
Just got done with cardio for the night and am getting my last meal for the night ready. Been a good week so far. Tomorrow night I’m heading to the gym for my 2nd night’s weight workout, then Saturday and Sunday will also both be weight workout days.
I’m really glad I decided to go to the 3-days workout program - it really relieves a lot of stress surrounding workout nights.
Been keeping on track with diet this week. I think I may finally be starting to overcome my sugar craving, which is a really good thing. I haven’t had a sweettooth all week. I’m gonna stay strong and keep the junk out of the house.
