Back night last night, and I got to the gym late. My friend and I have been doing the stretch routine at my house, and I did that last night instead of my cardio. Feeling good today, if a bit tired. I’m gonna have to make sure I’m getting enough rest - 5 hours a night just isn’t gonna cut it.
Else, been doing pretty good with the diet. I’ve been making sure to get my meals for the next day ready so that I have no excuses to go out and buy take-out food. I’ve put myself on a food budget, along with my monetary budget.
Tonight is leg night, which I’m actually looking forward to. My legs have been feeling great lately.
