Where You At?
Monday, September 22nd, 2008Suffice to say I haven’t been to the gym since my workout a couple weeks ago now. I can’t go into detail here, but I’ve been dealing with some pretty heavy personal issues that completely derailed my workouts and destroyed my motivation.
I’ve been following the diet at home, though, so all is not lost. I also think I may have been overtraining because I was very very grumpy and tired no matter how much I slept during that last week. I also think my variable sleeping schedule wasn’t helping very much.
This week I’m gonna go ahead and restart at the beginning of the cycle. Let’s see how I do.
I’m also gonna move my goal to the end of the year. There’s no possible way I’m gonna lose that much weight safely in 2 weeks, so I’m not gonna put my body into that situation.
Funny the curveballs you get thrown at you; sometimes the only thing you can do is deal and move on.
