Weeks 25 & 26
Monday, June 9th, 2008So not much from me these past couple weeks. Basically I haven’t been able to get to the gym at all due to myriad reasons, but I’ve still been following the diet and doing my stretches at home. I’m not noticing any gains.
This week I’m gonna make a big push to get back into the gym for my weight training and start doing cardio regularly again.
