Remember the Gym Day, and Keep it Heavy!!!
At the end of the 1st week of my 20 weeks out from show time I put the 1st of the next 20 leg days. My trainer once told me to "Go hard or go home!". All because if I don’t. The man standing next to me on stage will. It’s amazing the amount of torture we put our bodies through just to walk around with the bragging rights of a flawless body. However, this is the only sport for me. No teammates to screw me over with their laziness, no ref’s to cheat me, and no one to blame any set backs on. It’s all me. It’s the mirror and photos that keep me on track simply because they don’t lie. And, the time that won’t wait for me to get it together; the show time is comming and it’s not slowing down to cater to my faults and set backs. Every morning I wake and make a choice to go hard or stay at home. But! Staying at home never won any bodybuilder a trophy has it?!?!?!?

I just writing to let everyone know how I came
across a book written by the guy who writes for Mens Health. This book
kicked my ass. But the cool part is it comes with a lifetime discount
on supplements!…It costs around $70, but it has almost paid for
itself after 1 month. Hope I could save everyone a couple bucks.www.biggerfasterquick.com

Thanks for the inspirational blog entry. Keep it heavy will be the motto until the beginning of 2009 when I will start dieting down. Until then, get huge!
