Power 90 - 1: Not that hungry..but super light headed

Okay, so this morning I woke up at 4:30 in the morning.  Did my Day 1 sculpting workout with Tony Horton's Power 90 workout.


The workout wasn't as intense as I thought, but the resistance bands are a bit difficult.  Going to take some getting used to.


I ate a pack of oatmeal and 3 egg whites at 6 this morning.  Then at 9 I just ate some cottage cheese and peaches.


I am starting to feel light headed.  I am not sure why.  I have been drinking water.  I think my body wants a simple carbohydrate or something.


I already know that this program (just like most others) is not so much about the workout.  But, is more about consistently showing up to do the workout and EATING SMART.  Eating good stuff and sticking to that.  So, it's only been 4 hours and I am already stressing.  Wish me luck...I'm going to need it
