Well, I went to a health fair today and had my blood pressure checked. It was 120/90
I was told that it was high..
Well, I was shocked. Neverhave I been told I had HPB. So, all the more reason to get active and healthy…not just for weight loss..but also for my health

Well let’s see..yesterday I walked up 18 flights of stairs…I figure I’ll do that on the days I got to work. Today I walked for 30 minutes in the morning and 1 mile this afternoon.
We spent a lot of time at the park today..so I was fairly active…just tryng to keep moving and be more active

Well, I did another hour of cardio on my Gazelle tonight. Ibroke it into intervals of 20 minutes and stopping and using the dumbbells in between for an upper body workout.
I feel good overall.

Hey,
I bought a Gazelle today so that I can get some cardio in. My mom also brought me some dumbbells. It has been hard to go to the gym lately, but now I can dosomething at home.
I did an hour on the Gazelle today. I cannot say that I really felt much at all, but we will see.

Yep, so today I had my women’s wellness check up. And, the first thing they do is weigh you. A whopping 162.5
BMI is about a 35 - overweight…
I mean I know I haven’t been doing what I should, but I thought I was maintaining my weight. So, in less than 30 days I have gained 6 pounds.

Well, I weighed in today and I am still 156.6.
So, I haven’t gained any weight, but I didn’t lose any either.
I have been eating well, but I haven’t been able to work out at all. Not able to make it to the gym with my current schedule.
So, I’ll have to steal a couple minutes a day to do some phisical activity.

Well, I haven’t had a chance to go to the gym and put in any major workout time, but I have been eating generally clean for the most part of the week.
So, I’ll weight myself next weekend and see if I’ve made any progress..

Happy New Year All.
Well, I weighed in this morning at a whopping 156.64 lbs.
So, even though I bounced back and forth a bit in 2007 I still managed to be down about 10 lbs from last January 1.
I am kind of pumped up because I and some coworkers have agreed to do a little challenge. Yeah, Georgia Poison Center!
So, I’ll be placing short term goals, instead of long hefty ones. My goal for this week is to lose about 1.5-2.0 pounds.
I’ll be taking my first 2008 progress pic before the end of this week. And, I will be deleting all my 2007 progress pictures.

So, I just finished the Fat Blasting Cardio DVD with Billy Blanks. I was glad that I didn’t stop in between. It’s 46 minutes long and I made it all the way through… Yay! Me
