working out

after comin off of vacation and gettin my mind setting back into hittin the gym, it was a little hard at first, i was playin make up at work. i had ton of e-mails to go thru and a stack of paperwork… in the gym my strenght was the same but when i hit that third rep it was over with. my stamina was gone. i’m starting to get my reps back up there. i have been keep it light so i don’t hurt myself. something that is hard to.. no matter how long you have been workin out or training. one thing is i keep my size up!!!

Traveling Alot & Staying in Shape

I travel alot, so I do push ups, dips, pull ups, and run the stairs for legs. This keep me going until I can hit the gym. I do everything until failure, you talkin about a burn. Try it next time you are traveling.

Family Reunion

In between my traveling back and forward for the States to Iraq I miss out on a lot of gym time. I keep eating right so I really did not lose a lot of size. I am flat….. but on the brighter side I got a chance to go to my family reunion and see so of my family I have not seen in a while. They were amazed with my new mass I put on. I got a lot of good comments from my family members. That was great to hear the good comments coming from my family. I have a lot of people in my family that do not like body building but when they saw me and I answer all their questions and told them how I eat and how hard I work out. They see a different light now. You know that I was asked if I was on roids, that’s only because everyone that’s built or buff is on roids. So I had to explain to them all the hard work I put in to just gain 1 pound of muscle vs 1 pound of fat…. And beside I do not believe in roids… I have some partners that take roids but hell I am still just as strong as them if not stronger, just not as big as them… I took more pictures it was like I was a super star are something. I had to tell my family I’m the same person just with more size. Over all I had fun but only could make one day of the reunion.

Muscle gain

When you 1st started bulking up you want to see size right then & there. The hard thing is waitin to see the out come of your gain. You put in all this hard work to see your gain, to see if your workout is working. You got to remember size don’t come over night and you see yourself everyday in the mirror.. So here is some of the things I do to see if I am making gain; 1st you will know you are making gain by feeling your arms, legs, chest & that old butt area. HA HA!! Back to it… The reasons why I feel this areas of my body is hard I measure myself.. 1st you was soft like a pillow & now you are starting to get hard when you flex! OK that is the 1st sign of you growing… its not just fat there anymore that old muscle wants to come out & play. 2nd a friend say Look like you have been working out. You are growing. What you wear do not fit the same…. It might start getting loose around the waist & tight on your legs. That’s muscle gain. When the muscle start to feel hard that means its more blood & oxygen go to the muscle, which is going to make it grow. So hang in there and stay injury free…. you can’t workout hurt. LETS GET BIG BABY!!!!

Puttin on Size

Right now my training is going very well.. Man I am puttin on size … I am real happy with my progress and size I have gained. I can see some of the out come from all the hard work…. BUT I STILL HAVE A LOT MORE WORK TO DO!!

ONE MORE TIME FROM IRAQ

I JUST GOT OUT OF THE GYM, MY BULKING UP PROGRAM IS COMING ALONG GOOD…. I HAVE POSTED SOME NEW PICTURES OF MY PROGRESS. I HAVE 2 MORE MONTHS OF PACKING ON AS MUCH MASS AS I CAN…… THEN START MY CUTTING UP STAGE…. REMEMBER WORKING OUT IS JUST WORKING OUT BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A GOAL WORKING OUT IS PERSONAL!!
