Today is legs
Today is legs day for me, I’m on the last week on bulkin up. I started takin ANIMAL PAKS to day to started for my cutting stage. I will started cuttin up after I come off of vacation. 3 weeks of nothing to hard in the gym, I will be off from work I’m going to rest and give my body some time to heal. Nothing hurt me real bad just little pain in my lower back. So a little rest and I will be ready to go!!
