First let me say, you all look great!!! It thats a lot to make a change whether it’s in your life or to change your body. It’s takes a lot to stick to goalz you have made. I have to say to everyone keep your head up and keep pushin on. You all are doing great, and since I have been on BBC, I have meet a lot of people going after their goalz. That’s good. I just want to show everyone some love!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that I was off line for a couple of days. But I am back now… I work in Iraq so I have to travel a lot. So for all the people wrote me comments thank you very much. To all the people who wrote me asking questions about training either my training or to help them out on their training I will be answering your questions as soon as possible.
