Calves
I love work out on my legs and calves. But I have one problem and to me that’s a major problem. My calves just don’t grow as fast as the rest of my body. when I wear shorts, it look like I have little legs. One of my workout buddy always cuttin jokes on me about my legs. He say I look like a chicken because of my little ankles and high calves, but i have big thighs. I must say it do look like someone stole my calves and replaced then with the sweet part of the baseball bat. I also have little wrists too.

Calves? Man, I’ve got the same problem.
They take time. A lot of time. Some people say to switch to using a high number of reps but I don’t know. I haven’t tried it consistently. I think thats because it hurts though.
Good luck with that though.

You can count me in. No one in my family has calves. And what I do have comes from working them 3-4 times per week, 4-5 sets, 20-30 reps. That’s been the only way that I’ve had any progress, so far.

Genetics can be ur worst enemy at times. But, I agree with Make_A_Change, if u train them several times a week doing different variations they should improve. My problem area is abs…even at my leanest I still didn’t have washboard abs!

You know I have done a lot of different variations of movement for calves, and the only 2 thing that works for me are supersites or just plan old workin out using high reps 20 - 30. but my calves just grow slow…
