I travel alot, so I do push ups, dips, pull ups, and run the stairs for legs. This keep me going until I can hit the gym. I do everything until failure, you talkin about a burn. Try it next time you are traveling.
In between my traveling back and forward for the States to Iraq I miss out on a lot of gym time. I keep eating right so I really did not lose a lot of size. I am flat….. but on the brighter side I got a chance to go to my family reunion and see so of my family I have not seen in a while. They were amazed with my new mass I put on. I got a lot of good comments from my family members. That was great to hear the good comments coming from my family. I have a lot of people in my family that do not like body building but when they saw me and I answer all their questions and told them how I eat and how hard I work out. They see a different light now. You know that I was asked if I was on roids, that’s only because everyone that’s built or buff is on roids. So I had to explain to them all the hard work I put in to just gain 1 pound of muscle vs 1 pound of fat…. And beside I do not believe in roids… I have some partners that take roids but hell I am still just as strong as them if not stronger, just not as big as them… I took more pictures it was like I was a super star are something. I had to tell my family I’m the same person just with more size. Over all I had fun but only could make one day of the reunion.
still in the states on business …. the only good thing about been in the states and not in Iraq is I can eat like I want to. I will be back in the gym on monday…
