When you 1st started bulking up you want to see size right then & there. The hard thing is waitin to see the out come of your gain. You put in all this hard work to see your gain, to see if your workout is working. You got to remember size don’t come over night and you see yourself everyday in the mirror.. So here is some of the things I do to see if I am making gain; 1st you will know you are making gain by feeling your arms, legs, chest & that old butt area. HA HA!! Back to it… The reasons why I feel this areas of my body is hard I measure myself.. 1st you was soft like a pillow & now you are starting to get hard when you flex! OK that is the 1st sign of you growing… its not just fat there anymore that old muscle wants to come out & play. 2nd a friend say Look like you have been working out. You are growing. What you wear do not fit the same…. It might start getting loose around the waist & tight on your legs. That’s muscle gain. When the muscle start to feel hard that means its more blood & oxygen go to the muscle, which is going to make it grow. So hang in there and stay injury free…. you can’t workout hurt. LETS GET BIG BABY!!!!
