			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>About three months after my last post and 20lbs lighter! Lets start with this sux 1 step foward 2 back, but what are you gonna do. Ill tell you not give up. See when you have the iron bug and you have a goal and sights set its go time baby. So heres what happen. I posted my Blah blog, I ended up getting a great job after and got some good feedback and said you know what i cant give this up now. So i got back into the gym a week went by I was feelin so good. Then boom i pulled somthing in my right pec Damn it. So i left it to heel 3 weeks. Then it was go time again so back into it 2 and a half weeks there goes my left lat WTF. I was so upset. So now weeks after all that I stand here 144lbs down from 165lbs. Yes it sux yes its depressing but hey after all what does kill you will only make you stronger. So I leave you with its go time baby! Don&#8217;t ever give your goals up no matter what and in the end you will be happy you didnt.
