Well today totally sucked…

Lets see first thing this morning really early the DJR guy came to fix the garage, so I ended up dragging ass all morning because I was up 3 hours early. I made my breakfast and then got totally side tracked and forgot to eat it. My daughter wasnt feeling good today so she was super clingy and thats frustrating because i end up running in circles all day never actually getting anything done. I attempted to clean her room and go through her clothes and get rid of what doesnt fit and hang up her new stuff but that didnt work out too well because she kept throwing all the clothes every where and mixing all the clothes back up. Then I get ready to go to the gym (i made a protein shake and only had half of it and then i accidently left it at home) and i go to meet my friend at her house and then she bails on me because her other friend needed a sitter but she wanted to go to the gym tonight so I ran errands and went grocery shopping. Not to mention i was like starving all day, but didnt realize why until tonight when i noticed my breakfast still sitting there. We finally make it to the gym tonight and my daughter wouldnt stay in the play area so there I was trying to do the bike (i thought it would be the safest while holding her) and ya didnt work out so well, she kept trying to get away from me and then she looked like she was gonna puke from the bouncing motion of my legs. So I got MAYBE 10 min total out of 30 min of trying. Then We go to the ab room and couldnt figure out 1 of the machines and couldnt get anyone to help us with it, and the baby kept crying and then my friend wanted to leave and not do any weights so ya today freaking sucked. Oh and i’m f-ing hungry! lol

20 min on the bike Bike

3 sets of 15 on the following machines:

-Chest Press

-Shoulder Press

-Lat Pulldown
-Seated Row
-Biceps Curl (holy crap this thing is hard!)
-Leg Extension
-Leg Curl (i don’t think i had the settings right on this oneĀ  so I’m gonna ask the lady tomorrow)

-Inner & Outer thigh’s

Really????Are You Freaking Kidding Me?!?!?

Ok so I’ve been going to the gym with a friend of mine and ya she says she wants to do this and that and wants to lose weight and what not but then when we’re at the gym she doesn’t want to do anything but walk on the treadmill… And its really irritating because since my hubby is gone and I have to bring my daughter with me if I don’t bring someone with me its impossible to get anything done(plus who likes to work out alone? no me!). The family room is a joke unless all you want to do is cardio, and I thought the circuit room would be nice, but as it turns out theres like nothing for legs, might as well be all upper body. And since I messed up my kneee I cant do the 1 machine for legs that would actually do anything. So needless to say, I did upper body and cardio today. Guess I’ll do legs tomorrow. But anyways she ended up bailing on me before we were done with our workout to go grocery shopping….
