Mixing it up
This month, I started a new routine. Instead of focusing only on free weights, I am now cycling between free weights and machines each week. It’s amazing how fast my strength has built up in these few short weeks.
My most amazing improvement is my Shoulder shrugs. I actually started to laugh when my husband had me try 400lbs and I could do it! As our BB friend Shelly says…it’s al in the mind, if I believe I can do it…I can do it!
