This month, I started a new routine. Instead of focusing only on free weights, I am now cycling between free weights and machines each week. It’s amazing how fast my strength has built up in these few short weeks.
My most amazing improvement is my Shoulder shrugs. I actually started to laugh when my husband had me try 400lbs and I could do it! As our BB friend Shelly says…it’s al in the mind, if I believe I can do it…I can do it!
Try mixing the routine up!

It was tough at times, and I can honestly say I only let loose for two hours durring th entire time. This included a half bottle of wine and 5 small homemade chocolate chip cookies. LOL! I couldn’t help it! I worked out hard though and actually lost two more pounds in about three weeks. Slow, but better than a gain!
I realized that my stomach didn’t like the sugar and I actually got sick. The wine was awesome & I enjoyed every sip!!!

I am in school and I just started Human Nutrition. What a great class to take! Even for people who think they are on track, this class will help with the little changes left to make. I am re-inspiried to take it up a notch.

For years, I was afraid of food. I thought that food controlled me. I thought that I was lacking self-control. No longer does food control me and it is not my enemy. Instead of being afraid of food, take control of it. You choose to eat healthy instead of allowing food to bully you. Food canot control you. You have the power to control what you put in your mouth. If you feel a craving, find a healthy choice.

Today I feel great! After all the weight-loss and increase in strength, I now have a side-effect I LOVE! My libido is 10 times greater than ever. My poor hubby can barely keep up with it! I love working out…I feel and look better every day.
