wed. night shoulders
actually bout 3am thurs morn. but today was supposed to be shoulder/leg day but after work i was too tired to do legs so shoulders is all i got in. shoulder press w/db's = 60's/10 70's/10 80's/8 90's/8 100's/4 the 100's are a pr for me so pretty happy with that, then moved onto side lats - nuthin to mention here, then rear raises and finished up with a bunch of upright rows and shrugs, after that im to beat to continue so i go home get stopped by the cops for running a stop sign but luckily i was able to bull**** my way outa the ticket.
