wow bought the first size L shirt that I think I’ve ever purchased. I’ve been a xl guy since 9th grade. so i’m pretty stoked about that. had a good work out today plan on having another one tomorrow.

did my usual 3 sets of 10 by 225 deadlifts today and then added another set of 5 at 315. I guess its time to step up the weight.

back to the gym after the holidays. i’ve been stuck hovering around 270 for a few weeks now its time to break through the barrier. ran into someone I haven’t seen in a few months and he noticed that i’d gotten smaller. I’ve only lost about 10 lbs but my body composition has changed more than that.

back at work the weekend was a great time but very busy. ate way to much fast food. but I find it difficult to eat very health when travelling alot. hit the gym hard yesterday. did a lot of leg work which is my favorite.

well I’m heading over to seattle tomorrow for a one day softball get together we’ll play 4 or 5 games then i’ll be heading back to spokane lat sat night so I can play in our flag football playoffs on sunday.. should be a busy but fun weekend.

while playing basketball yesterday I realized I can now grab the rim I don’t remember every being able to do this before. so with that I have set a new goal I would like to be able to dunk a basketball. time to get working on those squats, deadlifts, cleans….

well my main hobby is playing on a travelling softball team so I’ve started my off season condition program for it.
I workout everyday during my lunch hour. doing legs mon & wed.
mon using heavy weights deifferent variations of squats, leg press, light weight leg extensions and leg curls
wed doing explosive movements such as deadlifts, different types of lunges, stretches and so on.
tue chest and back, thur shoulders, fri arms
I also go to the gym in the evening a few nights a week to play basketball, hit wiffle balls, work on fielding and other softball specific exercises, including core and arm strength.
took some batting practice yesterday and I definetly feel a lot stronger.

started up my blog today. just got back from a softball tourney in vegas. Vegas was a great time the softball not so much. can’t wait to get back in the gym!
people have really started to notice my weight loss and i’m working on not being the fat guy anymore.. everyday is another step closer to my goals!
