Today I popped my cherry using the NANA Vapor by Muscletech. I have been using NoExplode for the last two months but and I was having a hard time coming down from it. I would take the NoX and 5 hours later I would still be buzzed. So I made the switch and tonight I used the Vapor for the first time. I did a good Shoulder/Trap/ABs with a set of Bi’s thrown in. I didn’t feel the same energy that I did with the NoX. I will have to give it some more time to get used to it to know if it really works. I do feel like i got a better pump than usual but then again I did supersets and crazy eights and those are killer pump moves. Only time will tell and I’ll stick with it for a couple weeks-I’m still looking for the answer to get me through my slump. Update you in two weeks.
Seated Dumbbells Presses: 3×8X75’s
Crazy 8’s 3X20’s Hits all three heads of the shoulder
Standing Upright Cable Rows: 3X12X75
Ball AB Crunch: 1X50
SuperSet Front Barbell/Side Dumbbell Traps: 3X12X135 & 3X12X75’s
SuperSet Standing Barbell Behind the Neck Shoulder Presses/Reverse Grip EZCurl: 5X6X135 & 5X20X55

I have finally made it "Home". I was only gone for one week, but that one week sure felt alot longer. My little cubby whole I have at my "Home" isn’t much but its mine and I’m comfortable there. Now I am looking forward to relaxing for a few days before we go "out" again. Taken tonight off from lifting. After last nights horrible effort I put in, its time to take it easy-cheat like hell on my diet and bum it for the night.
Tomorrow is a new day though and I am going to hit it hard. I bought some new drugs today. I’m going to try NOVapor instead of the NoExplode I have been using for my preworkout juice. It contains arginine as well as creatine in it so i’m hoping to get a positive reaction from it. Still haven’t gotten any weight gainer yet. I’m going to have to order it and have it sent over. Until then I will keep using the Whey Protein and eat as much as I can to try to put on the weight. Time to relax-Goodday or Goodnight to ALL.

I woke up this mourning and was feeling pretty good about the day. It was snowing, I had a lot of energy and the day was going great. Then somewhere around 4 oclock I hit a was. I lost all motivation, took a nap and never got it back.
I tried to push through though. I went to the gym and did my usual 1/2 mile warm up run followed by 50 ball crunches. Still wan’t feeling it. I’m blaming it on my friend DJ playing old 80’s love music, but thats just my excuse. I did a set of straight bar preacher curls using the 4-4-12-20-20 method. Got a good pump but still not into yet. I then hit the Tri’s for the same routine doing cable push-downs. NADA! Hit the calves for 3 sets and by this time I was ready to give up but decided to try one more. I grabbed some dumbbells for some concentration curls but to no avail-I only did two sets and called it a night. Think its time to take a day off and rest. My body and mind are not working together right now. i’ll start fresh Friday with a more motivated and energized self. D

I did a stomach churning back and tri workout last night. I was nearly hurling at the end of my workout. It really helped that I had a workout partner to suffer through it with me. I was feeling kinda froggy and went with wieghted pull-ups and after that I was so motivated that I even did weighted dips with the most weight I’ve ever used for sets of 7 with 70 lbs. Tonight is the dreaded leg night, I can only hope to have the same intensity as I had last night.
Ok-so this is a "Bodybuilder" website, I am just curious to know what everyone thinks of crossfitting. I don’t see a lot of it posted here, but I’m curious to know what people think of it. Still Working On the Goals-D

Tonights a Back night-My favorite bodypart to work. I’m really stoked tonight. I am at a new place so I get to use a new gym with new people. I might even be motivated enough to add some weight to my pull-ups and maybe even some stiff legged dead lifts to hit the dreaded lower back. Pretty focused tonight-Let you know how it went. D

So gaining weight isn’t as easy as I thought it might be. I have all but took cardio out of my workout. I eat constantly and I take at least two 50 gram protein shakes a day. Its getting a little frustrating. It doesn’t appear that I will hit that 215 mark by april but I will continue to try. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to share them with me. I am at a crossroads with this training again. Since I can’t seem to gain weight I am considering a major change in my workout program. Its easy for me to be lean, but I really would like to put on some size. Any Suggestions???
