Well i’m back. I am glad to say that i didnt gain any weight and when i got back into the weight room this morning i felt real good. Now it’s time to start stacking on the weights!
So this summer has been real great in terms of staying movitaved and such. I am headed down for vacation. Checked out the hotel and they have a fitness center but no weights. My plan is to pick up the cardio alot this week but just hit the push ups real hard. So we’ll see how it goes and hopefully its a good week.
I fnished up the first week of my new lifting prgram and I feel pretty good. Overall this week I lost about three pounds and my workouts were solid the whole week. I felt like I got alot accomplished this week and I am very exited about that!
Drank 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning. Then ate a solid breakfast of 6 eggs white, whole weat toast and an apple. Then for lunch I made a chicken salad. For supper i am making Bean Borritos. Later on in the evening i’ll go running
Today I hit the legs with some squats, leg presses and some others. I came home and rested up a little and had a grilled chicken breast and now I am going to go have a light 3 mile run.
