Well i’m back. I am glad to say that i didnt gain any weight and when i got back into the weight room this morning i felt real good. Now it’s time to start stacking on the weights!

A vacation is worth its weight in gold. I always tell people to NOT exercise while they’re on vacation. Give your body a break. Now that you’re back, you can, as you say, start stacking the weights. Good luck!
