Great weekend training. we did an outdoor power work out. consisting of lifting fallen trees, running in the streams, swimming in 45 degree water and running hills. we also found an old tractor tire for flip and deadlifts. beaten and bruised makes for an extreme day. this is how you work out when you spend a weekend camping with fellow commited friends.
