Help a Big Guy Cut!
Here is what i’ve been doing let me know what you would change.
4:00 am
-Lift and Cardio (HIIT)
6:00 am
- 4 Egg white - 1 Yoke
- 4 Strips of turkey bacon
- 1 orange or Grapefruit
- 6oz. of 1% milk
9:30 am
- 18 Almonds
- 70 g Protein Shake w/ water
11:45 am
- 8oz grilled chicken
- 4 oz brown or wild rice
- 5 oz Broccli
3:00 pm
- 70 g Protein Shake w/ water
6:00 pm
- 8oz. of Chicken, fish (salmon or Tilapia), or sirloin
- 8 oz of rice or whole wheat pasta.
- 6 oz of asparagus or green beans.
This is the norm, but I’m not really seeing the results that I would have expected. for cutting to 2800 cal or so. what would you change and how long would you weight to see if there is a need to change?
